You can choose different scenarios, like “chores,” or “homework” and many others.

In this case, I chose “Power Nap” and when I woke up, I switched to ‘Deep Work.”

I feel like it helps keep me focused on the task at hand so I don’t get distracted by the trappings of life.

Anyway, I digress, but now you know how I get down on a personal level.
